Grand jury issues charges in 12 cases

Eleven people were named in 12 indictments issued by the Harrison County grand jury on Tuesday.

Matthew Stephens, 25, is accused of stealing seven guns from the home of Stephan and Heidi Coghill between June 1 and Aug. 2, 2012.
