Grand jury issues 25-count indictment in case against alleged sex offender

A $100,000 bond has been set for the Harrison County man formally indicted Tuesday on multiple sex charges.
Allen Moredock, 26, faces 25 charges, all involving minors portraying a sexual performance.
According to the indictment, all of the charges stem from on or about April 14, 2010. Moredock is accused  of 22 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and three counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
The grand jury charges that Moredock had 22 photographs that depicted minors in sex acts.
