Golfers play in tournament over the weekend, defeat Nicholas County Monday

The Harrison County High School golf team started the season off with a very aggressive and busy schedule.  
Last Thursday both the girls and boys played in tournaments, the girls in Mason County, the boys at Old Silo in Montgomery County.
The Fillies finished fourth of nine teams in the “B” division of the Mason County tournament played at the Maysville Country Club.  
Led by Sarah Holland’s 49 they totaled a team total of 239 compared to the 189 total by division winner Villa Madonna.
