Gardening and food preservation workshop series to begin tonight

The Harrison County Extension Office will be offering three Gardening and Food Preservation workshops during the month of May. The first one will begin with May 5, A Pesticide Usage in the Garden Workshop. Gary Carter, Ag and Natural Sciences Agent, will be presenting this program at 7:30 p.m. He will go over what the proper things are to use in the garden and how to apply them and dispose of the containers afterwards plus much more. Join us for this great program.
