A former state road department superintendent has been indicted in Harrison County as a suspect of receiving stolen property from the District 7 Highway Garage in Woodford County.
Thomas Burling, 52, Cynthiana, was one of 10 people indicted on Tuesday in Harrison Circuit Court.
