FNB Oddville branch robbed

The Cynthiana Police Department is continuing to investigate a bank robbery which occurred Monday morning.

Chief Steve Muntz said a masked man walked into the Farmers National Bank branch on Oddville Avenue around 10 a.m. Monday, jumped over the counter and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash.

No weapons were used or implied in the robbery, said Muntz.

The suspect, described as a white male with blue eyes and a medium build (around six feet tall), was last seen fleeing eastward on foot.
