Five indictments were returned by the Harrison County grand jury on Tuesday.
Tony Florence, 46, was indicted for his alleged involvement in the June 20 break-in of Eastside Pharmacy.
According to the three-count indictment, Florence is charged with first degree burglary for entering the pharmacy and threatening the use of a dangerous instrument against a person who was not a participant of the crime.
He is also charged with second degree criminal mischief for allegedly damaging property belonging to Eastside Pharmacy.
