Fillies, Breds prep for track Regionals at Henry Clay

The Harrison County Fillies and Thorobreds had a couple of track meets last week and wrap up the regular season tonight with their own all-comers meet on the Hilltop as both teams prepare for next Tuesdays Regional Track Meet at Henry Clay.

On Tuesday, May 6, both teams traveled to Scott County and the Fillies had their best performance of the season, finishing second with a season-high 107 points.

This meet was big for our field events, said HCHS girls coach Danny Simpson. Most of the season we have struggled to place, but we were much stronger on that day.
