Fallen soldier to be honored with memorial highway dedication

A local soldier who died while serving in Afghanistan will be honored with a Memorial Highway along KY 19 (Milford-Powersville Road) in Bracken County.  State and local officials will recognize Sergeant Jeremy R. Summers during the dedication on Thursday, Nov. 1 at the corner of KY 539 (Milford Neave Road) and KY 19 (Milford-Powersville Road).
