A Harrison County Area Tech Center teacher was arrested Wednesday, May 22, after a May 17 incident at an Indian Woods residence.
Deputy Dean Hutchison said Joseph Pawley, who teaches welding at the vocational school, went to the Indian Woods residence where he knew his wife and son would be and demanded to see his son.
The homeowners told Pawley that he was not welcome at their home and to leave.
Hutchison said Pawley attempted to get through the husband and wife homeowners, whose names are not being released, as they stood in the doorway to their home.
