Daniel sworn in as sheriff's deputy

 Joe Daniel, formerly of the Cynthiana Police Department, was sworn in as the new Harrison County Sheriff’s Deputy by Harrison County Circuit Court Judge Jay Delaney. Daniel was added to the crew to replace former deputy Steve McCauley. Daniel’s first day as deputy was Feb. 1.
