Pitcher Logan Dailey and outfielder Malcolm Thomas are two of 18 underclassmen from across Kentucky that will represent the Commonwealth in a national baseball tournament that will be held in Plainfield, Ill., July 29-Aug. 1.
Dailey, a junior-to-be in the 2009-10 school year, was the Harrison County Thorobreds top pitcher during the 2009 season, finishing the year with a record of 8-2 with an ERA of 1.30.
He pitched a complete game shutout in the Breds 2-0 win over Louisville Trinity in the first round of the Forcht Bank/KHSAA State Baseball Tournament this spring.
