Case reports

Nov. 6 – At 10:47 a.m., Darlene Perez, Broadway Avenue, reported that someone broke into her storage building on Waterworks Road. A washer, dryer and chain saw were missing.

Nov. 6 – At 12:27 a.m., Chad Herrington reported that his tires were slashed while parked on Federal Avenue.

Nov. 6 – At 4 a.m., Ptl. Brian Hassall reported that while he was processing Joey Mitchell, who was under arrest on multiple charges, Mitchell kicked a hole in the wall in the booking area of the police department.

Nov. 6 – At 5:25 p.m., a woman in a mini-van went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s and passed a copied $10 bill. A call was received later reporting that the woman was back.

Nov. 6 – At 9:01 p.m., police investigated a report of an intoxicated man in the parking lot at Walmart.

Nov. 7 – At 12:37 a.m., Billy Giles, Smith Avenue, reported that he had been threatened by an individual and that he was still receiving numerous phone calls from him. While police were talking to Giles, the individual called back and threatened a police officer.

Nov. 7 – At 9:58 a.m., Thomas Gilliam, Broadway, reported that a computer was taken from his vehicle.

Nov. 7 – At 2:31 p.m., Rachell Kendall, Oddville Avenue, reported that $13 was taken from her purse.

Nov. 8 –At 10 p.m., Charles Hardbarger, Bradford Drive, reported that it appeared someone attempted to steal his vehicle and crashed it into a ditch and a tree. A stereo was missing from inside the vehicle.

Nov. 8 – At 12:30 p.m., a client at Cedar Ridge reported that 40-50 Lortabs were taken from his room.

Nov. 10 – At 8:01 a.m., police were called to a Sycamore Drive residence on a domestic dispute.

Nov. 9 – At 12:29 p.m., Michael King reported that a prescription was taken from his vehicle.

Nov. 11 – At 1:54 a.m., Jeffery Pilosky reported that he was stabbed in the hand by a subject at an apartment on Main Street.

Nov. 11 – At 3:17 a.m., James R. McFarland, Pleasant Street, reported that someone entered his home a took a flat-screen television.

Nov. 11 – At 3:57 p.m., Tracy Markland, manager of Walmart, reported that a woman tried to get money for the return of a heater that she did not pay for.

Nov. 11 – At 3:57 p.m., police were called to Walmart for the report of an alleged shoplifter. Police arrested Kevin Northcutt, charging him with shoplifting.

Arrests, citations, warnings

Nov. 6 -- Joey E. Mitchell, 22, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Nov. 6 -- Timothy R. Turner, 17, was cited on Pleasant Street for no operator’s license.

Nov. 6 -- Samuel N.  Ford, 20, was cited on Salem Pike for speeding.

Nov. 7 -- Eric J. Sanders, 16, was cited on New Lair Road for speeding.

Nov. 7 -- Margarito H. Martinez, 47, was arrested on Walnut Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Nov. 7 -- Roberto Martinez, 34, was arrested on Walnut Street and charged with alcohol intoxication.

Nov. 7 -- Darren Dye, 17, was cited on Pike Street for obstructing a highway.

Nov. 7 -- Gerald G. Feeback, 55, was arrested on Walnut Street and charged with criminal trespass.

Nov. 7 -- Marcelo T. Torrez, 40, was arrested on Walnut Street and charged with terroristic threatening and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Nov. 7 -- Esteban L. Mohtez, 21, was arrested on Walnut Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Nov. 8 -- Roger Lewis, 50, was issued a warning on KY 3016 for defective taillights.

Nov. 8 -- Breanna L. Woods, 25, was arrested on U.S. 27 North and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

Nov. 8 -- Jeffrey L. Ammerman, 37, was cited on Pleasant Street for speeding.

Nov. 8 -- Diana Rae Smiley, 47, was cited on Northside Drive for improper equipment.

Nov. 9 -- Jason Dennie, 18, was cited on Waterworks for failure to wear seat belts.

Nov. 9 -- Clifton David Swartz, 27, was arrested on Main Street on a warrant for unlawful transaction with a minor.

Nov. 10 -- Bobby Wayne Hall, 44, was arrested on Pike Street for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Nov. 10 -- James Reed Hope, 36, was arrested on Riverside Drive and charged with public intoxication (controlled substance) and disorderly conduct.

Nov. 11 -- Robert L. Anderson Jr., 54, was arrested on Main Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Nov. 11 -- Kevin R. Northcutt, 20, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.

Nov. 12 -- Anthony T. Lizer,36,was arrested on Limestone on a warrant for probation violation.
