Sept. 23—At 6:13 p.m., Billy G. Combs, Locust Street, had been pulled out of his wheelchair into Locust Street by individuals involved in an on-going fight.
Sept. 26 – At 10:41 p.m., Cynthia Robinson reported that someone had spray painted her vehicle and the vehicle of Amy Ledford on Newsome Avenue.
Sept. 27 – At 11:18 a.m., Thomas Hill reported that a man in a black Ford pick-up truck drove off without paying for $47.35 worth of fuel from Ken’s Exxon.
