Arrests, warnings, citations

June 27 -- Earl S.  Wilson Jr., 66, was issued a warning on Oddville Avenue at Rodgers Park for speeding.

June 27 -- Antonio T. Parra, 28, was arrested at 110 E. Pike St. and charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

June 28 -- Brian K. Evans, 36, was arrested on Walnut Street at Adrenalyn Bar and charged with disorderly conduct.

June 29 -- Clifford C. Smith Jr., 59, was arrested at Riverside Drive and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.

July 1 -- Tony R. Florence, 46, was arrested at Riverside Drive near McDonald’s and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 1 -- Tina Maybrier, 39, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at McDonald’s and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., aggravating circumstances, possession of open container of alcoholic beverage in motor vehicle, failure of owner to maintain insurance and no registration plates.

July 3 -- Barbara A. Donovan, 58, was issued a warning for speeding on Oddville Avenue at Rodgers Park.

July 3 -- Harry L. Stroub, 62, was arrested on Ladish Road at Speedway and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

July 3 -- William T. Ollinger, 46, was arrested on Ky. 356 at Westside School and charged with operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc, aggravated circumstances.

July 3 -- Richard A. Risner, 26, was cited on Pike Street at Walnut Street for failure to comply with under 21 helmet law, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and unapproved or no protective eye wear.

July 5 -- Zachery Z. Price, 19, was cited on Canaan Lane at Lair Road for failure to wear seat belts and license to be in possession.

July 5 -- Michael E.  Beagle, 38, was arrested at 20 Delta Court and charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence.
