March 4 – At 9 p.m., William Chambers reported that someone had slashed a tire on his truck while it was parked on Pike Street.
March 2 – At 9:55 a.m., Estill Vaughn of Cynthiana Pawn and Jewelry reported the theft of jewelry, valued at $1,637.
March 4 – At 2:31 p.m., Travis Cook, manager of Sav-A-Lot, reported a shoplifter in custody. According to the police report, Misty Turner was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
March 4 – At 5:15 p.m., police were called to Auto Zone where an individual was with his small child and appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
March 5 – At 5:57 a.m., Paula McDonald reported that the rear window of her Ford van was broken.
March 5 – Between 8 and 9:30 p.m., someone entered Jerry True’s Delta Court home and removed a PS 2 and 20 games.
March 9 – At 3:25 p.m., Samantha Smiley, Northside Drive, reported that her credit/debit card had been used to make two purchases that she did not authorize.
March 6 – At 7:14 p.m., a juvenile boy was looking for his dog and calling its name when he was punched by an individual who said he believed the juvenile to be calling him a name.
March 6 – At 2:17 p.m., Benny Northcutt, owner of Delta Court property, said three individuals entered the property without authorization. Nothing was missing or damaged.
March 8 – At 8:58 a.m., Rick Chasteen, recreation director, reported that someone broke into the office of the River Road Park and damaged the front grill of the department’s truck.
March 7 – At 7:43 p.m., police investigated a report of possible animal cruelty.
March 7 – At 8:57 p.m., police investigated a disturbance at an apartment on New Lair Road. The two involved agreed to separate for the rest of the night.
March 7 – At 2:17 p.m., Tammy Frizzell reported that someone entered her home while she was out of town and took several items, including two televisions, a Playstation and games, DVDs and DVD player.
March 7 – At 10 p.m., police took an assault report between sisters.
March 8 – At 12:45 p.m., a report was made from First Stop of a vehicle drive-off without paying for $28.77 in gasoline.
March 8 – At 5:01 p.m., a report was made of a pit bull dog coming onto Broadway property where three girls were playing in the back yard. The dog apparently jumped onto one girl and caused a scratch on her face. The dog did not bite anyone, but reportedly was playing too rough. It was taken by Animal Control to hold in quarantine for 10 days.
March 8 – At 6:38 p.m., David Withrow reported that his cell phone and the phone of Justin Custard were taken while they were playing basketball at the Pleasant Street park.
March 10 – At 9:15 a.m., Rick Chasteen, recreation director, reported that two park buildings had been broken into. Damages amounted to about $100.
March 10 – At 3:10 p.m., Shelly Hicks reported that $350 and some medicine were missing from her residence.

March 4 -- Misty L. Turner, 34, was arrested at Save-A-Lot and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
March 4 -- David V. Lopez, 26, was arrested on Main Street and charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence.
March 5 -- Delena P. Woods, 23, was arrested on Church Street and cited for having improper equipment and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
March 5 -- Whitney L. Whitaker, 21, was arrested on Main Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in public place.
March 5 -- Rocky L. Arthur, 43, was arrested on KY 32 West and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
March 6 -- Wayne N. Reed, 20, was cited on Bridge Street for disregarding stop sign.
March 7 -- John T. Shoupe, 31, was arrested on Main Street on a warrant for operating on a suspended operator’s license.
March 8 -- Marcedonio S. Rivas, 21, was arrested on Main Street and charged with giving officer a false name or address.
March 9 -- Donna M. McGee, 51, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
March 10 -- Monday Johnson, 29, was arrested on Main Street on a warrant for theft by unlawful taking.
March 10 -- Jackie Jett, 48, was arrested on Main Street on a warrant for alcohol intoxication in a public place (two counts).
March 11 -- James L. Boone Jr., 26, was arrested on Court Street on a warrant for fourth degree assault, domestic violence.
