Case reports

July 1 – Jean Bruce of First Stop reported that she had a drive off.

July 1 – At 9:54 a.m., Dusty Ball, Pleasant Street, reported that someone entered his home while he was at work and took his xBox 360 and Halo 3.

July 1 – At 2:59 p.m., Chastity Martinez reported that her cell phone was taken while she was in the customer service area of Walmart.

July 1 – At 9:37 p.m., police pulled over a suspected drunk driver at McDonald’s on U.S. 27 South. Police arrested Tony Florence, charging him with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 1 – At 12 p.m., Bobby Johnson reported that he had lost his wallet, which contained personal and financial information.

July 2 – At 6:03 p.m., Jeremy Keesy, Berry, reported that his son had been at Hero’s park and had a cell phone taken.

July 2 – At 8:26 p.m., Angie Richmond reported that she has been receiving harassing text messages.

July 3 – At 8:33 a.m., Kenny Rose reported that someone drove through his corn crop and tobacco crop at the farm on U.S. 27 South.

July 3 – At 5:07 p.m., a domestic situation was reported on Mill Street.

July 3 – At 9:25 p.m., police investigated an injury accident on Ky. 356 at Westside Elementary. Police charged William Ollinger, Sadieville, with wanton endangerment, failure of non-owner to show proof of insurance, improper display of registration plates.

July 4 – At 12:50 a.m., police investigated a possible domestic situation on Pearl Street.

July 4 – At 6:16 p.m., Tina Davis, Elm Street, reported that her front door had been kicked in.

July 4 – At 7:36 p.m., Lauren Devineaux, Pleasant Street, reported that she was pushed down on her porch and the front door kicked in. The subject, who was known to the victim, allegedly took $300 from inside the home.

July 5 – At 12:18 a.m., police investigated a domestic situation on Delta Court. Michael Beagle was charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence.

July 5 – At 1:03 p.m., Cecil Browning, Pleasant Street, reported that while he was away someone broke into his house and took numerous items amounting to over $3,000. Police believe the suspects stayed in the house and ate food while there.

July 5 – At 11:38 p.m., police investigated a possible harassment of a juvenile.

July 5 – At 11:38 p.m., police met with an individual who said he has been harassed by his ex-girlfriend who is also threatening violence.

July 6 – At 3:30 p.m., police advised two parties that their complaint was a civil matter.

July 7 – At 12:12 p.m., Erman Fryman, Old Lair Road, reported that while he was on vacation, someone stole his fishing equipment from his home.

July 8 – At 10:30 p.m., Monica Hernandez, Cherokee Drive, reported that someone cut he tire.

July 8 – At 5:02 a.m., Michael Shaw reported that his stereo was taken from his Jeep while it was parked at Harrison Square.

July 9 – At 4 p.m., police were called to Pike Street on a domestic situation.

July  9 – At 11:09 p.m., police were called to Court Street where an individual had allegedly pulled a knife on others in the area.

July 10 – At 6:14 p.m., police were called to McDonald’s where a child custody exchange was supposed to take place.

July 9 – At 11:33 p.m., police were called to Shell Mart for an alleged shoplifting. Police located the suspect and Shell Mart was to proceed with a complaint.

July 10 – At 4:36 a.m., Erin Oakley of Shell Mart reported a $10 gas drive off.

July 10 – At 8:54 p.m., Taryn Seaman reported that someone threw a piece of burning paper into the window of her vehicle while she was at Shell Mart. There was no damage to the vehicle.

July 11 – At 2:06 a.m., police were called to Locust Street where an individual had been involved in a fight and was injured.

July 11 – At 9:42 a.m., a fraudulent use of a debit card was reported.

July 11 –At 4:13 p.m., Christopher Roseberry, Webster Avenue, reported that a window had been broken out at his home.

July 11 – At 2 p.m., police were called to McDonald’s where someone had struck a light pole.

July 11 – At 8:18 p.m., employees of Thrift reported that four children were in the store talking about finding $100 at the park. One of the children allegedly found the money at a park in Millersburg. The children spent nearly $50.

July 12 – At 1:12 a.m., Michael Wilson reported that his wallet was missing and that it contained important documents.

July 12 – At 1:45 a.m., a woman reported that she had been assaulted.

July 12 – At 11:44 a.m.,  Jason Edwards reported that four fishing poles were taken from his boat parked on Oddville Avenue.

July 12 – At 2 p.m., Rodney Davis, Elmarch, reported that someone broke into his garage and damaged his vehicle by removing the stereo from the dash.

July 12 – At 10:21 p.m., police were called on a possible domestic dispute on Newsome Avenue.

July 13 – At 1:28 p.m., police investigated a possible abuse of a child.

July 13 – At 5:28 p.m., police were called when two young children got into a fight.

July 13 – At 6:05 p.m., police were called to Sunset Court on a possible abuse of a child.

July 14 – At 2:11 a.m., police investigated a possible domestic situation at Hillside Drive.

July 14 – At 1:12 a.m., police were advised of harassing communications.

Arrests, citations, warnings

July 8 -- Amos P. Brinkmeyer, 18, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Harrison Square and charged with purchasing or having another purchase.

July 8 -- Obie D. Roberts, 54, was arrested on South Walnut Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 9 -- David W.  Clouse, 23, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

July 9 -- Linda C. Banks, 20, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence.

July 10 -- Tammy U. Schweitzer, 19, was issued a warning for defective headlights on Oddville Avenue.

July 10 -- Tiffany L. Muntz, 25, was issued a warning for speeding on Waterworks Road.

July 10 -- Lucas A. Gaunce, 18, was cited for failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance and speeding on Waterworks Road.

July 11 -- Kenneth Culp, 52, was issued a warning for speeding on US 27 North.

July 11 - Tina Maybrier, 39, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with burglary.

July 12 -- Louis R. Hernandez, 24, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 12 -- Roberto R. Martinez, 36, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 13 -- Kenneth D. Sons, 23, was cited on Pearl at Poplar streets for unapproved eye protective device on a motorcycle.

July 13 -- Corey Brandenburg, 19, was cited for speeding on U.S. 27 South.

July 15 -- Oscar Castro, 30, was arrested on Bridge Street and charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence, minor injury.

July 15 -- Larry A. Dennis II, 28, was arrested on Ashwood Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 15 -- Wesley A. Earlywine, 18, was cited on Church Street for disregarding a stop sign.

July 16 -- Tyrone Wilson, 20, was arrested on Hillside Drive and charged with criminal trespass third degree.

July 16 -- Justin T. Anderson, 24, was cited on U.S. 27 South for vehicle a nuisance, noisy, etc.

July 16 -- Corino M. Miguel, 24, was arrested on Hillside Drive and charged with fourth degree assault, domestic violence, no visible injury.

July 16 -- Charles A. Tucker, 26, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, fleeing or evading police on foot and disorderly conduct.

July 17 -- Steven J. Neal Jr., 18, was issued a warning on Joe B. Hall Court for defective headlight.

July 18 -- Ronald L. Brown, 18, was arrested on Hedges Lane and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct.

July 18 -- Melissa M. Martin, 26, was cited on KY 356 for vehicle a nuisance, noisy, etc.

July 19 -- Breanna L. Woods, 24, was cited on U.S. 27 South for failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and careless driving.

July 19 -- Jaylan Hudgins, 18, was cited on U.S. 27 South for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and following another vehicle too closely.

July 19 -- David A. Harrington Jr., 19, was cited on Pleasant Street for failure to wear seat belts.

July 19 -- Matthew Baker, 32, was arrested on Court Street on a warrant for theft by deception, including cold checks under $500.

July 20 -- Terrence W. Sheets, 40, was cited on Pleasant Street for failure to wear seat belts.

July 20 -- Lisa A. Underwood, 40, was arrested on Walnut Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 21 -- Adam C. Asbury, 29, was arrested on Poplar Street and charged with operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., aggravated circumstances, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

July 22 -- Vanessa N. Duff, 27, was issued a warning for expired tags and no insurance.

July 22 -- Eduardo Renero, 37, was arrested on U.S. 27 South and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

July 22 -- Ricardo P. Perez, 39, was cited on U.S. 27 North for failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. and possession of alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle.

July 22 -- Kristopher L. Rivera, 35, was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

July 23 -- Donna M. McGee, 50, was arrested on Court Street on a warrant for contempt of court libel/slander.

July 24 -- Tabetha L. Harmon, 27, was arrested on U.S. 27 South and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.

July 24 -- Erika N. Hayes, 24, was arrested on U.S. 27 South and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.

July 24 -- Christopher M. Wiglesworth, 36, was cited on Church Street and Oddville Avenue for speeding.

July 25 -- Clinton K. O’Brien, 29, was arrested on U.S. 27 North at LeBus Field for disregarding a stop sign, failure to wear seat belts, speeding and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

July 25 -- Alejandro Espinoza, 29, was arrested on KY 1054 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc/ aggravated circumstances, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, criminal possession of a forged instrument and no operator’s license.
