April 25 -- Don Adair, 52, was arrested on South Main Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

April 26 -- Charles B. Shackelford, 42, was arrested at 304 W. Mill St. and charged with disorderly conduct.

April 26 -- Carmen Ayala, 24, was arrested at 217 Fourth St. and charged with receiving stolen property under $300.

April 26 -- Shannon D. Bills, 25, was arrested at 109 N. Main St. on a Harrison County warrant.

April 27 -- Eddie J. Bittner, 40, was arrested at 206 Wilson Ave. and charged with operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, and cited for disregarding a stop sign.

April 27 -- Larry D. Poynter, 41, was cited for disregarding a stop sign at U.S. 27 South and River Road.

April 28 -- Jackie Treadway, 34, was cited on Locust Street for operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.

April 28 -- Kristine Welte, 21, was arrested on Lexington Road on a warrant for criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree.

April 29 -- Stacy R. Davis, 25, was arrested on Church Street and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disp. shoplifting.

April 29 -- Brian K. Evans, 35, was arrested at 4 Delta Court and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

April 29 -- Alfonso Kenney, 32, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on Locust Street.

May 2 -- Brian D. Johnson, 42, was cited for speeding on KY 356.

May 3 -- Howard W. Custard, 42, was arrested at 123 N. Walnut St. and charged with operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs.
