July 18 At 10:44 a.m., Anna May Ishmael reported that someone entered a residence on North Elmarch and stole copper pipe and wiring.
July 18 At 9:06 p.m., Larry Turner reported that a vehicle backed out of a parking space at Wal-Mart into another vehicle and took off at a high rate of speed. Officer watched the security video and found the suspect was Jeremy Stubblefield, who also had outstanding warrants from Bourbon County. Police arrested Stubblefield, who admitted striking the vehicle at Wal-Mart.
