Dec. 22 – At 4:51 p.m., Stephanie Bruin reported that her son had been assaulted while walking on Elm Street.
Dec. 20 – At 4:14 p.m., Robert Moore reported that he left a phone card in his vehicle for his wife to put minutes to their phone. She later said the card was not there, but that she had given a ride to two individuals and believes one of them may have taken the card.
