Nov. 20 – At 4:43 p.m., Seth Smith of Walmart security reported that Billy J. Miller of Falmouth was witnessed taking food items amounting to $9.50 and leaving the store without paying. She was cited for theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
Nov. 21 – At 12:19 p.m., Richard A. Underwood reported that he was walking on North Locust Street and a dog from 213 N. Locust St. came into the roadway and bit him in the leg. Animal control seized the dog and the owner, Johnny Sexton, signed the dog over to be euthanized.
