Oct. 12 -- Briana L. Guptill, 21, was arrested on U.S. 27 South at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
Oct. 13 -- Dakota J. Hackney, 20, was arrested on Court Street in Harrison County on warrants for first degree criminal mischief, alcohol intoxication, alcohol intoxication first and second, parole violation, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and second degree disorderly conduct.
Oct. 13 -- Luis R. Hernandez, 28, was arrested on West  Pleasant Street at Shell and charged with no operator’s license and DUI aggravated circumstances.
