Sept. 20 – At 9 a.m., police were called to a fight in progress on Elm Street. The call was a domestic situation. Betty Jean Herrington filed for an EPO. At 11:40 p.m. Wesley Herrington was arrested for violation of the EPO.
Sept. 21 – At 7:24 a.m., Don Cunigan of Harrison County Tire on Pleasant Street reported that a window of his business had been shot two times overnight.
Sept. 21 – At 10:16 a.m., Seth Smith of Walmart security reported that an alleged shoplifter ran out of the store and assaulted an employee.
