Case reports
May 17 – At 11:01 p.m., Donnie Crump, Poplar Street, reported that all four tires on his 2003 Chevrolet van had been slashed while it was parked on Pearl Street. Police arrested Jonathan Moore charging him with alcohol intoxication.
May 18 – At 3:02 p.m., Seth Smith of Walmart security, reported that Janessa Jolly entered the store and put items in her purse. Jolly was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
