Case reports
May 5 – At 8:37 p.m., Sgt. Wilbur Gross charged Shane Whitaker with operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. during a traffic stop. He was also found to be in possession of 17 green pills believed to xanax and a blue and white packet labeled suboxone. As he was being processed at the Bourbon County Detention Center, a deputy jailer found addition pills in a bandage around Whitaker’s ankle. He was then charged with possession of Oxycodone 30 mg, and Oxycodone 15 mg.
