Court says no more family insurance on new hires

Harrison County Fiscal Court decided to cut insurance costs by no longer paying 100 percent of premiums on future county employee dependants and spouses.
Insurance may well have been the main topic for the Harrison County Fiscal Court as magistrates were forced to consider future insurance premium costs.
Personnel committee chairman William Fritz brought before the court the ongoing issue and concern of paying 100 percent of insurance for county employees and their families.
