Court denies committee requests for Handy Farm

The Harrison County Fiscal Court denied two requests from the Handy House Committee Tuesday, one of which would have helped with an alternative master plan for the Oddville Avenue recreation park.

Committee representative Billy Fowler requested the court direct park architects Brandstetter-Carroll release Auto-CAD drawings of the park?s master plan.

The committee acquired and matched a grant to fund a redesign of the plan which will leave the house intact, but still allow for all the other planned facilities.
