The Harrison County Fiscal court came up with its own form of bailout at Tuesday’s regular meeting.
“They can’t make their payroll,” Judge-Executive Alex Barnett said of the Cynthiana-Harrison County Planning Commission. “They are down to $3,000 in their account.”
P&Z Chairman Avi Bear told magistrates that the slumping construction of new homes has created a budget shortfall.
