The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet recently announced that Harrison County Fiscal Court will receive $70,000 in County Road Aid emergency funds. This money will be used for a bridge replacement on Oddville-Sunrise Road.
The road serves several residences in Harrison County. The repairs will make it safer for cars, school buses and other vehicles.
“These emergency funds are being used to replace the bridge to improve safety and mobility for those who travel and live on Oddville-Sunrise Road,” said Transportation Secretary Joe Prather. “This project is one example of the cabinet’s commitment to providing a solid infrastructure in Harrison County and all across the commonwealth.”
Harrison County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
