The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado touched down in the Connersville area Saturday, April 23.
The month of April has been plagued with storm after storm and seemingly endless rainfall.
Harrison County residents in the Connersville area got more Saturday morning than they were ready for.
“I looked outside and all I could see was what looked like brown smoke, like in a dust storm, and a lot of rain,” said Laura Clifford, a resident in the Connersville area.
