Conduct and chivalry absent at Harrison County High School

To the editor:

On a spring afternoon, an old soldier gave his last address to the cadets at West Point. In it, General Douglas MacArthur reminded them of a great moral code. “A code of conduct and chivalry that will be with me... always.” Unhappily, General MacArthur’s famous words are not fully executed at Harrison County High School.
