When Cynthiana City Commissioner Billy Grayson took office he began a campaign to clean up the city.
He asked business owners and residents to take pride in their property.
“Company’s coming,” he has been heard to say numerous times at city commission meetings.
He explained that if visitors come to Cynthiana, we want to put our best foot forward, much like you would at home if you knew guests were coming.
