THURSDAY, Nov. 11
Northside Council. Northside Site Based Council will meet Thursday, Nov. 11 at 3:45 p.m. in the Northside library. The public is invited to attend.
Berry City Commission will meet Thursday, Nov. 11 at 7 p.m., at Berry City Hall. The meetings are open to the public.
Veterans Reception. Thursday, Nov. 11 at noon at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. Veterans and those who wish to honor our veterans are invited to a reception at the library in the Feix Community Room Annex of the library. A collection of military memorabilia will be on display. Refreshments will also be provided.
FRIDAY, Nov. 12
All 4-H Enrollment Cards are due in the school principal’s office or in the Extension Office, 668 New Lair Rd., by Friday, Nov. 12. These must be turned in as soon as possible so that mailing lists for 4-H projects and activities may be completed. Some activities are already starting. SATURDAY, Nov. 13

AARP Driver Safety Program. Saturday, Nov. 13 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The program is a classroom refresher course for motorists aged 50 or better who have years of driving experience. By virtue of Kentucky Law, participants will receive a discount on part of the premium for their automobile insurance. (Discount varies from company to company). This discount lasts for three years and can be renewed if the course is repeated. Bring a sandwich, drinks will be provided. Cost of the course will be $12 for AARP members and $14 for non-members. SUNDAY, Nov. 14
T.A.B. (Teen Advisory Board) meeting for grades 6th through 8th will be Sunday, Nov. 14 at 4:30 p.m. Come and have a voice in planning programs at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library.
MONDAY, Nov. 15
Planning Commission of Cynthiana, Harrison County, Berry will meet Monday, Nov. 15, 7:30 p.m., at the sheriff’s office. The meetings are open to the public.
