Special Performance. Sunday, Aug. 23 at 2 p.m., the Cynthiana Arts Council and the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library will sponsor a performance by the Muses, a Celtic folk group, at the Rohs Opera House. There will also be a short presentation by the Lexington Irish Dancers-a traditional Irish step dancing group. This will also be the time when Summer Reading prizes will be handed out. The concert, like all library events is free and open to the public.
