Northside Council. Northside Site Based Council will meet Thursday, Sept. 9 at 3:45 p.m. in the Northside library. The public is invited to attend.

Shrinky-Dink Throwback: Thursday, Sept. 9 starting at 5:30 p.m. for ages 5 to 18. Come to the public library to design and color your masterpiece. Create rings, necklaces or decorations for your backpack.

Cynthiana Board of Adjustment will meet Thursday, Sept. 9 at 6 p.m. in the Planning Commission Office at the Harrison County Courthouse, South Main Street. The meetings are open to the public.
