Number the Stars Starry Night Craft. Wednesday, June 20 at 1:30 p.m. at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. Come learn about Van Gogh’s Starry Night, help create a Starry Night Mural for the library and create your own masterpiece. For ages 4 to 12.
Summer Food Service Program. The Harrison County Board of Education is participating in the Summer Food Service Program with meals provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided at the River Road Park through July 27, 2012, from noon to 12:30 p.m. No meal service will be provided on July 4.
Shakers and the Civil War. Thursday, June 21 at 7 p.m. at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. Presented by Susan Hughes from Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill. This is a joint presentation of the public library and the Harrison County Historical Society.
