Bookmobile. The Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library Bookmobile will be available March 1 at Cynthiana Baptist Daycare at 10:30 a.m.; Shady Lawn, 11 a.m.; Eastside Laundry, 3 p.m.; Grand Haven, 3:15 p.m.
Family Game Night. Thursday, March 1 at 5:30 p.m. Dr. Seuss Themed in the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library annex. Will play games and have snacks. Pre-registration is appreciated. Come and have a great time with your whole family while celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday and have a chance to win the door prize.

SPECIAL NOTICES
Clothing Closet. The Clothing Closet will now be open on the last Saturday of the month from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Closet is located at 103 N. Main (beside Cynthiana Presbyterian Church) and open Mondays and Wednesdays from noon to 3:30 p.m.
Northside Council. The Northside Elementary Site Based Council will meet Thursday, March 8 at 3:45 p.m. in the school library. The public is invited to attend.
AppalSeeds Program (Heirloom Tomato Seeds). Thursday, March 8 at 6 p.m. at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. This program is for adult patrons age 16 and older.  Pre-registration is required and is limited to the first 45 registrants.

Magical March Madness. Thursday, March 15 at 5 p.m. in the children’s library at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. This program is for ages 4 and up.  Pre-registration is appreciated.
Rebel in the White House. Thursday, March 15 at 7 p.m. at Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. Chautauqua performer and Cynthiana citizen Betsy Smith will be performing. This is a free event and open to the public. The program is an exclusive presentation of the Kentucky Humanities Council, Inc. It is sponsored by the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library and the Harrison County Historical Society.
Hunger Games Program. Friday, March 16 from 1-3 p.m. for ages 8 and up at Flat Run Veterans Park. In case of rain the program will take place in the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library annex. Pre-registration is appreciated.
Young Farmers. The Harrison County Young Farmers will be meeting in the Harrison County High School ag room on Monday nights at 7 p.m. Anyone interested in becoming a member is welcome to attend.
Christian Faith Center. The Christian Faith Center has opened their clothing closet to the public. All free items, lots of winterwear. Call 859-234-8481 to view items.
Children’s Story Time. Tuesdays at 10 a.m. for age 3 to 5; and at 4:30 p.m. for age birth to 5 at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library.

LVBPW Meeting. The Licking Valley Business and Professional Women’s meets the second Wednesday of each month at Biancke’s Restaurant at noon, with a guest speaker. Interested and new members are welcome.
Harrison County Fire Protection District meets at 6 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, 113 W. Pike St., Cynthiana. Open to the public.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) meets the second and fourth Thursdays of every month from 9 to 11:45 a.m. at Indian Creek Christian Church. Come join other moms for food, fun and fellowship.
