Women’s Book for the Month of September is The Birth of Venus by Sarah Dunant. Will be meeting Thursday, Sept. 1 at 6 p.m. Copies of the book are available at the front desk of the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library.
The KY-ASAP Awards Luncheon will be held Thursday, Sept. 1 at noon at Bianke’s Restaurant. The Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy Board will be recognizing community volunteers who have been instrumental in the elimination of substance abuse.
