Northside Council. Northside Site-Based Council will meet Thursday, Feb. 10 at 3:45 p.m. in the Northside library. The public is invited to attend.
Berry City Commission will meet Thursday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m., at Berry City Hall. The meetings are open to the public.

MONDAY, Feb. 14
Bookmobile. The Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library Bookmobile will be available Monday, Feb. 14 at Community Action Childcare Center and Harrison County Adult Care Center from 10:30 a.m.-noon; Hinton, 3-4 p.m.
Champion For A Drug-Free Harrison County will meet Monday, Feb. 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the Harrison County Sheriff's Department. Meetings are held the second Monday of each month.

TUESDAY, Feb. 15

Cynthiana Board of Adjustment - Harrison County Board of Adjustment will not meet this month.
Harrison County Republican Party will hold its annual Lincoln Dinner on Thursday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. It will be held at the Harrison County Extension Office. Key note speaker will be Sen. Harrison County Historical Society will meet Thursday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. in the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library instead of the annex. David Hurst who portrays Grandpa Jones (from HeeHaw fame) will present the program. Hurst is from Frankfort and is co-sponsored by the library. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
Kentucky Chautauqua Performer. Thursday, Feb. 17 starting at 7 p.m. Performer David Hurt as Grandpa Jones  at the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. This program was funded in part by the Kentucky Humanities Council, Inc. and the National Endowment for the Humanities. Local sponsors are the Cynthiana Public Library and the Harrison County Historical Society. This program is free and open to the public.
Bookmobile. The Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library Bookmobile will be available Friday, Feb. 18 at Cynthiana Baptist Daycare at 10:30 a.m.; Eastside Laundry, 3:30 p.m.
Memory Heart Group. Remember a deceased love one by making a heart pillow out of an article of their clothing, Saturday, Feb. 19 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hospice of the Bluegrass, 1317 US Hwy. 62 E. Bring an article of clothing belonging to the loved one and the staff will assist in the sewing process. Open to the community. RSVP by Feb. 18.

Battle of Cynthiana Reenactment. The Committee for the Battle of Cynthiana, Ky. invites everyone to attend Morgan's Raid.Free fun, admission, registration, and parking on June 18 and 19, 2011 at the Elks Lodge #438 Grounds, 1544 US Highway 62 E.  Camp opens Thursday, June 16 for set up and closes Sunday June 19.
