Commissioners urge motorists to be cautious during trick-or-treating

Cynthiana Safety Commissioner Gary  Brunker asked residents and motorists to be aware of small children in the streets during Trick-or-Treat.
Hours for trick-or-treating will be between 6 and 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, in Cynthiana for children who are 12 years old and younger.
“I want to remind everyone that it will be getting dark, there will be small children, leaves... and just want to caution motorists to be cognizant of that,” Brunker said Tuesday.
