The structure of the Cynthiana City Commission will remain the same.
Billy Grayson, who earned the most votes in the November general election, had his choice of departments and asked to stay as Commissioner of Public Finance.
Grayson told commissioners Tuesday that his new program for 2013 is that there needs to be a 60 percent improvement this year with another 40 percent in 2014.
“Company’s coming,” Grayson said. “If we want jobs we have to pick up the paper cups off the ground.”
