Coming to terms

This week marks the end of the terms for several city and county officials.
These men and women have served our community to the best of their abilities. In many cases, they had but one vote, but they cast their votes where they felt they were needed, and not always the popular one.
For the city, Amanda Moore, Mark Mattmiller and Jimmy New will be stepping down.
One commissioner said that just as he was getting the hang of the job, the term ended.
