With an economy in recession, an emergency response team for career survival at Maysville Community-Technical College is ready to help, said director Bruce Florence.
With companies and factories tightening financial belts and possibly laying off workers, Florence said MCTC-LVC will be a helping hand.
“Right now we have to address the fact that there are people in our community that are going to face being laid off,” said Florence.
“We want to be there to guide them through this,” said MCTC-LVC public relations specialist Sandy Power.
