Three years after the first citation was issued to the property owner of 116 Webster Ave., the city commission has filed suit to take over the blighted residence.

“The structure is currently an attractive nuisance to children and is believed to contain animals, snakes and vermin,” states the suit against Timothy Lesak and other stakeholders.
