Antioch Mills Christian Church invites all ladies to stop in Friday, Sept. 25, 6-9 p.m., for a relaxing evening of shopping and socializing with your friends … jewelry, candles, purses, makeup, cooking, home decorating, and much more. 

Drawings and door prizes will be held throughout the night.

Everyone is welcome.



The Colemansville Christian Church will host its fall revival meeting Thursday, Oct. 8  through Sunday, Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. nightly. Bro. Lynn White, pastor of Salem Church of Christ, will be the guest evangelist.

Before serving at Salem Church, White was pastor of Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ in Grant County for 14 years.  He and his wife, Margie, reside in Williamstown. 

Special music will be featured at each service, including John Rich, the Strawzell Family, Earl Gross, the Mattox Family, and others.

The Oct. 11 Sunday morning worship service will begin at 11 a.m. and will be followed by a potluck dinner at noon.

Pastor Jim Mitchell and the congregation welcomes everyone to attend. The church is located one and one-half miles west of Berry on Ky. 1054.



The Quarterly fellowship service to support the Scholarship Fund will be held Sept. 27 at 6 p.m. at Curry United Methodist Church.

Your support and attendance is appreciated for this worthy cause.


The Cynthiana Presbyterian Church will be holding its 10th annual Pig Roast and Auction on Friday, Oct. 23 beginning at 5 p.m. Please join in for hickory-smoked pork, baked beans, slaw and dessert and the auction.

Tickets may be purchased at the door for $6 per person, children six and under free. All proceeds to benefit the Capital Improvement Fund.


The Lair Methodist Church will be holding a revival on Oct. 5-9. The Rev. Darrell Marshall from Fleming County will be the evangelist. Special singing each night at 6:30 p.m.

Monday: Carole Jean Cole; Tuesday: Sue Mattox; Wednesday: Megan Crouse; Thursday: Jim Caskey; and Friday: freshments at 6:30 and The Bluegrass Gospel Travelers at 7 p.m. with the service to follow. Everyone is invited.



The Living Hope Assembly of God will have a pumpkin patch open to the public from Oct. 12-31, 12-8 p.m. daily.

There will be pumpkins, gourds and fall decorations available for purchase at 138 Kellar Waits Lane, next to Northside Elementary.

The annual Lord’s Auction will be held Saturday, Oct. 3 at Old Union Christian Church.

Dedication of gifts will be at 10:45 a.m. and the auction will begin at 11 a.m. Donations of all kinds are appreciated. Items to be auctioned range from homemade cakes and funiture to quilts and homegrown produce.

Riverview Baptist Church, Berry, Ky., will be hosting a Fall Harvest Revival Oct. 4-7 at 7 p.m. Special music will be provided each night. Bro. Edd Deaton will be the guest evangelist.


Sunrise Christian Church invites the public to the ‘Fall Harvest Weekend Revival’ on Friday, Sept. 25 at 6:45 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 26 at 6:45 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 27 at 11 a.m.

Bro. Howard Brammer will be the guest evangelist.
