The congregation is busy preparing for the church-wide campaign Just Walk Across the Room from Bill Hybels at Willow Church. Stay tuned for more information.

Aug. 26 is the last summer Well. Supper at 6, Bible Study at 7 for adults with activities for nursery/toddlers as well as high energy worship for K-12th. Bring the family and get refreshed at The Well.



Berry United Methodist Church will host a 4th Sunday Hymn Sing Sunday, Aug. 23 starting at 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

A fish fry and gospel music, hosted by Berry United Methodist Church, will be held Friday, Sept. 4 at the Harrison County 4-H Fairgrounds. Serving time is  5-10 p.m. Cost is $5. Gospel music starts at 6 p.m. by Earl Gross and various local singers. Everyone is welcome.


Central Christian Church is hosting a Singspiration on Aug. 23 beginning at 4 p.m.

Singers include: Dawn Arnold, Adarain Williams, Kevin Barnes, Chris Beckett, Erin Wethington, Pat Campbell, Brittany Dargavell, Larry Ritchie and Rosetta Tolson, and the Mattox Family.

Refreshments will be served after the program. Everyone is invited.



Journey Community Christian Church announces its second annual Jerusalem Marketplace Community event that will be held Saturday, Aug. 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the old courthouse lawn, Cynthiana. This event is free to the public. Families of all ages will have the opportunity to take a “step back in time” and enjoy free entertainment, crafts, music, and more in a bible village set-up.

Living Hope Assembly of God will be having a church yard sale on Aug. 20-21 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. at 138 Kellar Waits Ln., Cynthiana, (next door to Northside Elementary). Look for the big black barn.
