Chief Johnson honored

The Bourbon/Harrison Counties Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy Board (KY-ASAP) held their 5th annual awards luncheon on Thursday, November 1, at The First Presbyterian Church in Paris.  Board members were treated to a special meal in appreciation for their work in substance abuse.  Cynthiana Police Chief Ray Johnson and Paris Police Assistant Chief Rob Williams were recognized for their work in substance abuse law enforcement.  Leslie Spears was honored for serving 4 years as KY-ASAP Board Chair.  Jessica Tumey and Ronnie Spicer were recognized for serving as
