The Bourbon/Harrison Counties Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy Board (KY-ASAP) held their 5th annual awards luncheon on Thursday, November 1, at The First Presbyterian Church in Paris. Board members were treated to a special meal in appreciation for their work in substance abuse.
