THURSDAY, Jan. 27
Planning Commission of Cynthiana, Harrison County, Berry will hold a special meeting Thursday, Jan. 27, 7:30 p.m., at the sheriff’s office. The meetings are open to the public.
Introduction to Guitar-For the Novice. Thursday, Jan. 27 at 5:30 p.m. Come learn the basics of guitar with Paul Marsh: the difference between electric and acoustic, the parts of a guitar,-what are the basic chords,-where to buy a guitar, etc.  This program will take place in the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library  annex and is for patrons over the age of 15.
Kid’s Candy Sushi Program. Thursday, Jan. 27 at 5:30 p.m. Come make yummy sushi from candy. This program will take place in the children’s room of the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library and is for patrons ages 4-12.

The Committee for the Battle of Cynthiana, Ky. invites everyone to attend Morgan's Raid.Free fun, admission, registration, and parking on June 18 and 19, 2011 at the Elks Lodge #438 Grounds, 1544 US Highway 62 E.  Camp opens Thursday, June 16 for set up and closes Sunday June 19.
