As the Brenda Kay Brown bankruptcy case continues in U.S. District Court with motions and orders based on a settlement agreement that was reached Aug. 24, 2012, and is now under appeal, Brown is making a claim that she was misled by attorneys as well as questioning the motives of the bankruptcy trustee.
In a letter dated May 28, 2013, and filed with the case on June 4, Brown addresses Judge Alan C. Stout.
