Breds take another district title

In life, there are several sure thingsdeath, taxes and the Harrison County Thorobreds winning district baseball championships. Last Thursday, the 2008 edition of the Thorobreds cashed yet another ticket as they routed Nicholas County in five innings, 11-1.

Harrison County has been in the 38th District for three years now, and it is the third straight year they have won that title. In the old 37th District, the Breds dominated as well, winning all but five district titles in the last 30 years.
